Stop running your
business from
a spreadsheet.

You have real customers and real revenue. But you're still quoting by text, booking by DM, and tracking everything manually. I build the systems that get it out of your head and into something that runs.

What I build.

01

Website & Digital Foundation

A fast, professional site built around how your business actually works — not a template. Includes booking integration, contact forms, local SEO, and a content system you can update yourself. This is usually the first thing we build together.

Look professional. Get found.

02

Quoting & Pricing Tools

Custom calculators and quote builders for businesses where price isn't fixed. Factors in your real variables — size, materials, location, complexity — so every estimate is consistent and fast. Embedded on your site or used from the field on your phone.

Less back-and-forth. More closed jobs.

03

Booking & Scheduling

Clean intake, confirm, and remind flows for service businesses. Automated reminders, confirmation emails, and calendar sync — so you stop texting back and forth to book jobs and chasing down no-shows.

Jobs booked. Clients confirmed.

04

Online Store & Operations

Not just a storefront — the full operation behind it. Stripe payments, real-time inventory that tracks online and in-person sales, and an order management dashboard that doesn't require updating five different places.

Sell more. Manage less.

05

Systems Audit & Roadmap

Not sure what you need? Good — I start there. Before writing a single line of code, I map how your business operates, where it breaks, and exactly what to build first. You walk away with a written roadmap whether we build together or not.

Clarity before commitment.

Systems I've built.

Three steps. No surprises.

  1. Talk

A free 30-minute call to understand what’s breaking and what it’s costing you. No pitch. No proposal. Just a conversation.

  2. Diagnose

I map your current setup and deliver a plain-English audit with a clear recommendation. Flat fee. No commitment to build.

  3. Build

If the audit makes sense and we’re aligned, we scope and build — only what you actually need. Nothing more.

Most developers can't talk business. Most consultants can't build.

Ken Jules, founder of Jules Integrated Technologies

I've spent years inside the operations of growing businesses — seeing where the systems break, where the money leaks, and where the owner is doing work a computer should be doing.

I'm not a freelancer who builds what you ask for and disappears. I'm the person who tells you what you actually need before we build anything.

I do both — which means you get someone who understands your workflow, your customers, and your margins, and can translate all of it into something that actually runs.

How I work

  • I diagnose before I build. No guessing, no scope creep.
  • I build for where you're going, not just where you are.
  • I explain everything in plain language. No jargon, no surprises.
  • I stay until it works. Not just until it's delivered.

Real problems. Real solutions.

Problem

A lawn care company was pricing every job by feel. No two quotes were the same. Customers pushed back. Revenue leaked.

Solution

Built a custom pricing calculator accounting for property size, terrain, vegetation, and debris. Used from the field, on a phone.

Outcome

Quotes in minutes. No debates.

Problem

An e-commerce client said “I just need a website.” Two conversations later, it was clear they needed inventory tracking for online orders AND in-person cash sales — without double entry.

Solution

Mapped the full operation first. Then built a unified system: storefront, payments, and inventory all connected.

Outcome

One system. Zero double entry.

Problem

A service business was scheduling by text, invoicing by email, and tracking jobs in a spreadsheet. Billing was always late. Jobs fell through.

Solution

Built a simple operations hub: intake form, job queue, and invoice trigger — all connected. No app required on the client’s end.

Outcome

Nothing falls through the cracks.

Common questions.

How much does this cost?

The first call is free — no pitch, no obligation. If we move forward, the systems audit is a flat fee so you know exactly what you're paying before we start. Build projects are scoped and quoted based on what the audit finds. No surprises.

How long does a project take?

Most first systems go live in 6–8 weeks. The audit itself takes about a week. You'll get a realistic timeline before we start building anything.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's literally why the audit exists. Most of my clients know something is broken — they just don't know what to build. I figure that part out.

Do I have to commit to building after the audit?

No. The audit is a standalone deliverable — you get a clear recommendation either way. If it makes sense to build, we'll scope it together. If not, you still walk away with a roadmap.

What industries do you work with?

Most of my clients are in home and field services — lawn care, cleaning, HVAC, plumbing — along with e-commerce, wellness, and events businesses. I'm based in Southwest Florida but work remotely with clients anywhere. If you're a small business with real customers and messy systems, we're probably a good fit.

What happens after my site launches?

I offer monthly plans to keep your site secure, updated, and performing — from basic maintenance to full content and SEO management. You're never left on your own after launch.
